Whether it’s your favorite café, a country pub, a city street, a hotel or historic building from your travels, your proposal spot, wedding venue, or a special garden—each memory can come to life. We can even create a still life from flowers picked from your mother’s or grandmother’s garden.
Have three children? Why not create a sketch for each one, capturing a place that holds special meaning for them. For example, we turned a seaplane birthday adventure photo into a unique sketch for our 10-year-old’s room.

How to Submit Images for Your Sketch
Upon Checkout you will be able to add a link (dropbox or simliar) to an image. Alternatively, you are welcome to email images to hello@sophietaggart.com.
Sketches work best when there is ample details in the subject matter, buildings and trees work better than those with too much open space like sea or sky.
For iconic places, I may already have images to use, or I can quickly source reference photos online to find the perfect viewpoint for your sketch.
If you'd like me to visit a specific location to capture photos, there will be an additional charge ranging from $100 to $1000, depending on the distance (if a flight is required to visit your location, you might consider commissioning a series of sketches).

Black-and-white sketches have a timeless quality and will no doubt become a cherished family heirloom. After your purchase, I will personally reach out to finalize all the details of your artwork.
